Phew! It's been nearly two months since I have posted anything. How can that be? Somehow I've been caught up in a physical, emotional and mental whirlwind as I finished up my last moments of being a teacher and began this next adventure.
I must admit, I am not sure if I just made the greatest mistake of my life. Or, am I headed into a wonderful adventure? My feelings change hourly. One minute I'm as confident as ever. The next, I'm physically ill with nerves.
Still, life rolls on. We finished up the school year. Cade and Jorden moved home for the summer. Lauren had a wonderful softball season. Syd still keeps an exhausting schedule of practices. Ryan and I try to sit back and enjoy it occasionally.
I did try to chronicle some of it all in pictures. Over the next few days, I'm hoping to include those to remind myself of all my blessings.
In the meantime, I'm just hoping I don't blow away....
